Osteopath, Acupuncturist and Medical Herbalist

Elaine is a highly skilled and compassionate practitioner with over three decades of experience in Osteopathy, Acupuncture, and Herbal Medicine. With qualifications from the British School of Osteopathy, the British College of Acupuncture and University of Westminster, Elaine has built a reputation for her holistic approach and dedication to patient care.

Elaine treats a wide range of patients, from newborns to the elderly and can offer individual or combined therapies of Osteopathy, Acupuncture (TCM or Western), Low Power Laser Therapy and Herbal Medicine to address complex and persistent conditions.

Her unique approach has helped many patients find relief from chronic musculoskeletal pain and discomfort, digestive disorders and hormonal imbalances, even when they had previously thought recovery was out of reach.

Elaine ran successful clinics in London and Hertfordshire for over 15 years, before she moved with her family to teach Osteopathy and run clinics in New Zealand in 2003, returning to the UK in 2015. She now divides her time between her busy clinic in London and her organic smallholding in Suffolk, where she grows and prepares many of her medicinal herbs.

In addition to her hands-on treatments, Elaine strongly believes in the importance of diet and exercise for maintaining health and aiding recovery. She incorporates these principles into her treatment plans to provide comprehensive care.

Steven has had a keen interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine and particularly Acupuncture for many years, dealing with the aches and pains from carrying around heavy equipment in his previous career as a television cameraman. He has since made it his vocation, firstly in New Zealand and since 2015 in London.

Steven treats a wide range of conditions including stress, skin, digestive, sleep, hormonal and musculoskeletal complaints.

His clients find Acupuncture and/or Laser combined with Deep Tissue massage can help relieve symptoms caused by our busy and stressful lives.

In his spare time, Steven is a keen cyclist and can be found roaming the highways and byways of Suffolk.
